Curved Piecing with AccuQuilt
If you have always wanted to learn curved piecing, here is your opportunity. In class we will plan the graduated color changes that make this quilt pop and then Darla is going to show you how to tackle those curves with the magic of AccuQuilt’s precision cuts and pre-marked notches. An accurate ¼” seam allowance and patience is required to get the seam right, so this class is reserved for the skilled piecer. Yardage given will make four rows of blocks; quilt will finish at 41-½” x 48-½”.
Optional to add: If the student desires, a different curved die may be substituted for the Local Color die for the purpose of learning curved piecing; however, yardage calculations for alternate projects will not be provided at this time.
