ABCs of Free Motion Quilting

Learn the basics of free motion quilting in a simplified easy to understand method. This class is a starting point for quilters that have tried free motion quilting and gave up in frustration. Students will need to have a machine capable of free motion quilting with the correct feet for the job; YOU will also need to have a good knowledge of how to use your machine especially the free motion setting and how to adjust your tension.

This is a two day class, a week apart for 2 hours each time. (Four Hours of Instruction) You will learn the basics in the first class. A little practice homework during the week and the last class we will take the basics we have practiced and turn them into quilt patterns.

This is a beginner/intermediate class for students who have attempted free motion quilting on their home machine and have some knowledge of how to work the free motion setting on their machine.
