2023 Pre-game Mystery Quilt Party
Calling all Players for the Sweet Stitches Seventh Annual Pregame Mystery Quilt Party!
Doors will open at 11am and the kick-off will be at Noon Sunday February 12. The game ends at 5:00 pm just in time to get home for the Super Bowl. Every half hour the players will receive a new clue to work towards the goal of building a mystery quilt in an afternoon. Coach Joan will provide your playbook (instructions) to allow you to prepare your pieces ahead of time and then clues will be provided during our event so you can piece your mystery quilt.
As always, we will have lots of Food, Fun, Friendship and Sewing!
This team event is limited to 16 players so we will have plenty of room to spread out, so sign up soon! The cost is $30.00 for the day and it must be paid when you sign up to hold your spot.
Each player will receive a list with fabric requirements and pregame prep work you will need to complete before game day. The list will be sent out on or prior to February 1, 2023 by email or you can stop by the shop to pick up your play sheet. You will have plenty of time to choose your fabrics and get them cut out before game day. There will be half-time food and drinks provided for our players and a little signing bonus for each player that day. So sign up soon, pick those team colors, get your game plan together and join Coach Joan on the field for a day of fun!
