Tool Tote Bag

The Tool Tote Bag is a great pattern from Quilts Illustrated is full of pockets inside and out. The the metal stays that come with the pattern help the bag stay open similar to a Doctors Bag. This bag has so many uses sewing/quilting, knitting/crochet or even for travel/or daily run around purse/bag. This is a two part class one week apart. Linda will lead you through the construction of this bag with helpful hints and tips along the way.

Intermediate Embroidery with Heather Bessler

Intermediate Embroidery will start where Heather's Beginner class left off by jumping into Blanket, Feather and Chain Stitches. Build on your skills and add more embroidery to your quilts and home linens.

ABCs of Free Motion Quilting

Learn the basics of free motion quilting in a simplified easy to understand method. This class is a starting point for quilters that have tried free motion quilting and gave up in frustration. Students will need to have a machine capable of free motion quilting with the correct feet for the job; YOU will also need to have a good knowledge of how to use your machine especially the free motion setting and how to adjust your tension. This is a two day class, a week apart for 2 hours each time. You will learn the basics in the first class. A little practice homework during the week and the last class we will take the basics we have practiced and turn them into quilt patterns. This is a beginner/intermediate class for students who have attempted free motion quilting on their home machine and have some knowledge of how to work the free motion setting on their machine.
